Yes, we provide a service labor guarantee, most of our services have a 1 year workmanship Guarantee and all materials are covered by the manufacturers Guarantee. We have a written Guarantee for all our services and we will provide you with a signed copy  of our Guarantee so you may have 100% confidence that your home is in the best of hands.  

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work.  We discuss the project with you as well as an onsite assessment in order to give you more accurate estimate of work. You will receive a written estimate with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

  Once you approve our estimate, we have a work authorization form and if applicable there may be some product selections needing finalized. Once this is all completed, we get to work on your project. Our team will communicate with you every step of the way, if we can see that there may be a delay in completing the scope of work by the agreed-upon time, we will reach out to you to update you on our new completion date.

YES, upon request we do offer evening and weekend appointments. 

Yes, Maxx Restoration accepts all insurance payments for services. Now, Choosing to file an insurance claim for damage to you home is completely a decision only you as a homeowner can make. We can assist you by providing detailed cost estimate that you may review as you make this consideration. Whether you choose to file a claim or choose to pay direct, our pricing stays the same. You may have comfort and confidence knowing, we will help you every step of the way, by making sure you have everything need from us to submit to your insurance provider.
