Bathroom Remodel 4 Step Process
Step #1 Discovery and Consultation
first step in our Bathroom Restoration process is a brief phone call to review your wants and needs. We will discuss the timeline, scope of work, budget and other details to ensure we are the right fit for your project. If our process and your project are a good fit, we will schedule an in-person consultation to gather more information, which will be used to develop detailed quote for your consideration.
Step #2 Design and Planning
This is where the fun begins! We work to learn your style and determine the functional goals for your new bathroom. For large or more complex renovations we encourage clients to meet with a designer they will develop a space plan and guide you through product and material selections. Once all the details and selections are approved, our Project Coordinator orders everything and will manage procurement of products and materials to ensure your bathroom remodel stays schedule.
Step #3 Construction Process
Once your bathroom renovation schedule is set, it’s time to start construction! Our office will schedule the start day. This day our skilled craftsmen will meet you on site along with the Maxx Project Manager your been working with. . The project manager will be your main point of contact throughout the construction phase to address any questions or issues that may arise. The team will provide daily updates on work completed so you know the daily progress. On the final day we encourage you to look over the bathroom and ask any questions you might have.
Step 4. Post Construction
This point your bathroom remodel is successfully completed, and it is time for you to enjoy. We close out the project with a final walk-through with our Project Manager to make sure you are satisfied. We will also conduct a client exit survey. This is an opportunity for you to reflect on your project and provide specific feedback on the overall process, which helps us continue to provide top notch service. We believe in continuous improvement! We also stand by our work by offering a 1-year warranty on our craftsmanship and supporting all manufacturer product warranties.
